Integrated care team model:

Short term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities are getting more attention than ever before due to the successful integrated care team approach.  Join C.H.E. to perfect your skills in the emerging field of integrated behavioral health care.  The interdisciplinary health care team includes the facility’s physicians, physical therapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), nursing plus C.H.E’s psychologists and licensed clinical social workers (LCSW).   C.H.E. values these relationships and believes this coordinated, collaborative approach provides the highest level of care to the residents who need it the most.

Customize the care for each patient:

Our clinicians have the unique ability to customize the care for each and every individual resident.  You will have the autonomy to determine how often you see a patient as well as the appropriate length of time spent with each patient.  Individual psychotherapy is the most common clinical sessions performed, but our clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, neuropsychological testing as needed and/or appropriate.

While covering 100,000+ beds, our clinicians have the ability to address a wide range of psychological and neurological conditions.  Provide clinical services such as diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, psychological testing/assessment, psychological evaluations, crisis management services.

Pick your own schedule!

  • Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with the perfect work/life balance.
  • Typically, clinicians work between Mondays – Fridays somewhere between the hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Focus on the patient’s care without the hassle or on-call responsibilities.

Our psychologists focus on the patient’s care and our back-office support team handles the rest.  This allows our clinicians time to be spent where it should be; with the patients.  Each clinician is responsible for the clinical care and documentation following those sessions.  Once that’s complete, our support team will handle all billing, collections, credentialing, etc.  Once you leave the facility for the day, your time is yours.   No need for on-call responsibilities and no time spent wasted dealing with insurance companies.

Interested in benefits?

Both full-time and part-time clinicians are eligible to participate for medical health benefits.  Please speak with the recruitment team to obtain additional specifics on benefits.

CHE is a premier provider of behavioral health services with more than 700 clinicians in 14 states. We are a multispecialty clinical group dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and to reducing stigma associated with mental health conditions.

We provide both psychology and psychiatry services in multiple settings including Outpatient Telehealth, In-person Psychotherapy Clinics, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Our philosophy of care is grounded in the belief that mental health care should be holistic and patient-centered. Rather than utilizing a one size fits all approach, we recognize people’s mental and emotional health as highly individual and reflective of personal experiences and history, biological and genetic factors, relationships and social support, and social factors such as economic, gender, racial, and other systemic disparities. Personal mental health is tied to the health of communities and the greater social world; therefore, CHE believes that mental and emotional well-being is best achieved by working at both the individual and community levels.

To support strong communities and contribute to a more just social world, CHE works to strengthen diversity and inclusivity and to reduce systematic practices that negatively impact mental health. We actively support and partner with non-profit organizations and other companies dedicated to creating a more equitable world.
